The University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) held a courtesy meeting between the Vice Chancellor and a delegation from Ural State University of Economics (USUE), Russia,, to explore opportunities for strengthening academic relations and international collaboration. The meeting was graced by the presence of Mr. Roman Krasnov, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Youth Policy at USUE.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on potential areas of cooperation between the two universities, including academic and research collaboration, student and staff mobility, knowledge exchange, and the development of future joint initiatives.
The discussion reflected the importance of strengthening international partnerships to enhance academic excellence, promote cross-cultural understanding, and create opportunities for collaboration among academic staff and students.
